What Software Can You Request?

  • Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote (Odoo Item Name: Office LTSC Standard 2024)
  • Windows 11 - Computer operating system (Odoo Item Name: Windows 11 Pro)
  • Antivirus - Security software
Cost Per License Per Computer

  • Microsoft Office: ₹12,000 including GST
  • Windows 11: ₹5,000 including GST
  • Antivirus: Price varies

Important: 

  • The actual price may vary by 5-10% at the time of the order.
  • Each software license works on one computer only and lasts forever (no yearly renewal needed).
  • The licenses are considered as FA (Fixed Asset)

How to Get Software for Ashram Departments


Step 1: Fill Out the Form

  • Fill it out completely below these instructions
    • Very important: Make sure you mention your Department's Odoo name - this is how the FA will get transferred to your department
  • A copy of this form will be sent to your HOD for approval.
  • Once we receive the HOD approval we will start processing your request
Step 2: Raise an Indent

  • You will also have to raise an Indent in the name of 'IT Central Stores' 
  • Select the license you need & add the quantity
Step 3: Get your Software 

  • Once Indent is filled – it will take up to 7-10 working days for procuring the license.
  • The key and details will be mailed to you on the email mentioned by you in the form

How to Get Software for Other Trusts like SRET, SRJT etc.


Step 1: Fill Out the Form

  • Fill it out completely below these instructions
  • A copy of this form will be sent to your HOD for approval.
Step 2: Get a Price Quote & the Software

  • Once we get your HOD’s approval
    • We will send you a price quote based on your request from our vendor
    • Once you agree to the quote, we will place an order & send you the bill along with Software License
    • It will take up to 7-10 working days for procuring the license.
    • The key and details will be mailed to you on the email mentioned by you in the form
Step 3: Pay Directly

  • Your Trust must pay the bill directly within 5 working days
  • We cannot process payment for other Trusts.
